Pineapple Bagel Sandwich

Pineapple Bagel Sandwich


  • 2 eggs or whole wheat bagels, cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons lite or regular cream cheese
  • 2 (1 ounce) slices Canadian bacon or ham
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained


  • Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on bottom half of bagel. 
  • Top with Canadian bacon slice and 2 slices each red onion and pineapple; place remaining bagel half on top. 
  • Repeat with remaining bagel.
  • Serve with orange wedges and strawberries, if desired
